Made-to-order goods

Everything we make — The Bridge Cloth, bespoke tablecloths and linen napkins — is produced to order in the colour, size and finish you choose. Because these items are made to your specification, they fall outside the usual 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we are unable to cancel an order or accept a return for a change of mind, a colour you've reconsidered, or a size you specified.

Please check your colour, size and border choices carefully before ordering. If you're unsure, order a sample first, or email us at enquiries@shacari.co.uk and we'll help.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Your statutory rights are not affected. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please email enquiries@shacari.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the problem, and we'll put it right.

Samples

Fabric and braid samples are non-returnable.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it's made to your original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing it or receiving the returned item.
