Can I return my cloth?

As our cloths are made to order we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty. Faulty items should be returned within 3 weeks of delivery — email enquiries@shacari.co.uk. Fabric samples are available if you would like to check a colour first.

What are your delivery times?

You should expect delivery within 3 weeks, as each cloth is individually made.

Are your cloths washable?

The velvet bridge cloths are dry clean only — the plush velvet should not be washed or ironed. Light marks can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth; tougher stains respond to a little washing up liquid.

The laundered linen is different: our tablecloths and napkins can be machine washed cool or dry cleaned. Please don't bleach or tumble dry them, and iron on a medium heat.

Do they come in different sizes?

Bridge cloths come in one size, 120 × 120 cm. For dining tables we also make bespoke tablecloths in our Laundered Linen range, made to measure with a contrasting linen border, and linen napkins in sets of four, 50 × 50 cm.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Please email us at enquiries@shacari.co.uk for orders outside of the UK.
