FAQs

We have created a list of FAQ’s from previous customers, hopefully this will answer any questions you may have.
Can I return my cloth?

As our cloths are made to order we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty. Samples of the fabrics may be ordered so you know exactly what the fabric looks and feels like. In the unlikely event you need to return an item please email us at: enquiries@shacari.co.uk. Returns need to be sent within 3 weeks of delivery.

What are your delivery times?

We make our cloths individually to order. You should expect delivery within 3 weeks.

Are your bridge cloths washable?

Our cloths are dry clean only. The velvet is very easy to spot clean with a damp cloth or for more stubborn greasy stains use a light detergent such as washing up liquid.

Do they come in different sizes?

At the moment we are unable to offer bespoke sizes.

Do you ship outside UK?

We are unable to ship outside the UK but will hopefully be able to offer this in the near future.
